Fast, definitive, on the spot.\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 1em; letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">Taking on <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1em; letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">that expectation by definition means we have to shut down our receptiveness to the new. Because the new is never definitive, answers on it\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1em; letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">(at least correct ones)<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1em; letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1em; letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">are rarely fast,\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1em; letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">much less on the spot.<\/span><\/p><p>So it might be worth to wait a moment. Suspend our answer for a second or two. Just long enough to allow that new thought to carom around our head, collide with what&#8217;s already there and see what results.\u00a0<\/p><p>Nobody will say we&#8217;re too slow.
